We wandered into this restaurant without
having any idea how good it would prove to be. The first thing that
struck us was the cleanliness of the entire place. The "techno
industrial girdered ceiling" (Tom's comment) gave a feeling of height
to the room. The rest of the area was created in tones of red,
yellow, and green. These colors were reflected in the linoleum tiles
on the floors to the brightly painted walls. In spite of the
abundance of bright colors, the room is somewhat dimly lit with
direct lighting over the tables. The restaurant has a combination of
banquettes and tables but also has bar seating and seating for 6 at
the sushi bar. The menu consists of a mixture of appetizers, soups,
salads, fried seafood, meats, many specialty drinks and more. There
is also a "minnow" menu for the children. Fresh Catch has some of the
most unusual pairings for sushi and they all sounded intriguing.
There were 24 nigiri sushi listed and 49 makimono. There were also
sushi combination specials for both lunch and dinner. Our meal was
excellent and we will certainly go out of our way to return here
again.

zucchini DESSERT: We didn't try them but they
sounded wonderful. Key lime pie is one of Tom's favorite and
Wendy likes Grapenut Pudding but we were too full to order
them. OTHER: Parking in a large
lot Dress is casual Attached to a seafood market
that also had meats and other items. Low sodium soy sauce served with
meals along with regular soy sauce. OVERALL: A There is no doubt that this
restaurant gets an "A". We had a great meal here and will
definitely return. The sushi was definitely some of the best
that we have eaten and the selection is huge. We would like
to purchase some of the appetizing foods from the seafood
market next time. Today we were not going to be home for
hours and we didn't want food spoiling in the heat of the
car interior.
