Nikki was acquired from Betty Cowles owner of the Oxdowne Cattery. Her registered name is BeeGees Klassy Kat. Since Birmans are named by the year they are born, a "K" cat is 16 years old in 2003. Nikki is slowing down a bit but is still able to jump on kitchen counters (something we frown on) and run fast enough so that we cannot catch her. She is thin and does not gain weight even when she eats well. At the moment she is our "Princess" and she is extremely spoiled. We do whatever is necessary to keep her going. She is a sweetheart!
